Welcome to my humble home on the interwebs! I’m Eirik Myhr, a composer and musician based in Oslo, Norway. Most of my time is devoted to composing music for films, stage, television and other media. If you have a really good memory, you might also remember my face from Norwegian children’s TV series Jubalong (2006-2008).
This page mainly contains tons of information about my various projects, sorted and filtered in neat little categories if you want to. There are hours and hours of music clips around too, plus video clips and photos*. Some of my work that I’m fond of, I release on my little label called Pling Kong Recordings. And sometimes I write stuff on my blog.
I’m writing this in first person because it is written by me – as everything on this site is, unless otherwise specified. I enjoy doing stuff like this, and have no plans of hiring a Super Web Factory Staff ** anytime soon. If I sometimes get a bit colourful in some of my writings, the views and opinions are my own.
Thanks for visiting!
* I have taken the liberty of borrowing some photos for showcasing my different projects, and have done my best to credit all the photographers. In some cases though, I have not been able to dig up all the names behind the photos. If you find some missing or erratic crediting and have the right information, do not hesitate to contact me and I will fix it ASAP.
** Only a half-truth, I do have my awesome friend Benedicte at bgraphic. This page would be full of bugs and look like crap if it weren’t for her!
